| Charles J. Bailey is a shy, native Kansas artist who inherited his talent from his grandfather Bill Williams. His interest in nature, however, is life-long and has been enhanced since his move to the Lake Perry, Kansas area six years ago. Chuck has been a bowhunter for almost three decades, spending hours and hours alone in the woods each year on trips in Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. Chuck is a family man and supervisor whose great regret, like so many of us, is the shortage of time to paint!
