At my best, my work can evoke great emotion, pull at your heartstrings, and (hopefully) make you smile, laugh, cry, scratch your head, and feel good about yourself. At my worst, it’s a bunch of lines composing some cheesy nudie girl. The words I would use to describe my artwork? Graphic. Precise. Inspired. Pleasing. Hopeful. And Contrastic. (Just coined that one, I want a quarter every time you use it).
So there you go. My life as an Artist. Summed up in a tiny, little, contrite pair of paragraphs. If you’re reading this, I hope you enjoy looking at my work. I hope it makes you smile, or gasp, or believe, or cry, or at least feel something. Anything. That’s mostly what I’m in this for.
