Biography |
| As a kid growing up in the 50’s, my passion was to draw. I would sit at the kitchen table with a scrap of paper and a pencil and draw.
Five decades later I’m still drawing, except not at the kitchen table, but in my studio in New Jersey. And during that time I’ve seen a lot of changes, from the traditional where artists and designers actually created by hand, to where the push of a button on a computer can change in an instant the total composition of a design.
However the concept of SnowWolf Creations began in earnest in 2010, after a decade of “self-exile” from the visual, I decided it was time to embrace my “first love” that of cartooning and illustration once again So in 2009 I ventured back into my studio, brushed off the cobwebs and after a few attempts, and several emotional starts…”Snow Wolf” emerged.
Native Americans speak of life as being a circle, and that we end up where we start…if that’s true then I’m back to where I started years ago...and loving it!
The illustrations that appear on this website are all original ‘hand illustrated” creations and the medium used; colored “oil based pencils” illustrated on a 100% Rag Vellum Stock, with some computer enhancements.
