Biography
Pass on a legacy to someone you love. Portraiture is my avenue for that accomplishment and it is my passion. After graduation from the School of Fine Art at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo., my interest grew ever more towards Portraiture. Always intriguing me was the fact that all faces have the same four main features and yet display the subtle differences that portray the subject's individuality and manifest their unique personalities. That is the ultimate challenge. There's nothing more exhilarating than capturing the innocence of a child's face or the strength of an adult's. I use a wide range of media for my portraits, primarily oil, also pastel, charcoal, and colored pencil, as the customer prefers.
